On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, Tata Steel’s Corporate Affairs & Communications department took a quantum leap in terms of reaching out to the Company’s employee fraternity through Hindi language and launched the Hindi Intranet.
Chief guests for the occasion, Sunil Bhaskaran, deputy vice president, corporate services, Tata Steel, and P N Singh, president, Tata Workers’ Union jointly launched the Intranet and applauded the new initiative and also expressed confidence in the new infrastructure as an enabler to further boost the communication set-up. Tata Steel’s senior executives, Union office bearers were also present on the occasion.
This Hindi Intranet aims at disseminating company related information in Hindi language and will definitely provide impetus to very essence of Hindi language as a powerful medium of communication.
