Tata Power observed ‘Security and Vigilance Week’ for all its stakeholders and employees at Jojobera plant. It was inaugurated by Dinesh Kudalkar, Station Head, Tata Power, Jojobera, along with dignitaries from local police and a team of Tata Motors.
The objective was to raise awareness among various stakeholders on security measures creatively. The week-long programme included activities like quizzes and mock drills participation from local police on “Suspicious item found in lobby followed by fine”. A session on “Disaster Management” was also carried out displaying weapons by a joint team of CRPF and local police. Head of the palnt, Kudalkar said, “We at Tata Power have always striven to make our systems secure. Safety is our priority which we implement in our area of operations to ensure that not only our plant but our stakeholders benefit from it. We would like to thank everyone for their contribution during this week-long event.” The security department performers were also felicitated.
