Retired bureaucrat T Nand Kumar has been made chairman of a sub-committee formed under the State Development Council (SDC). The sub-committee would prepare a composite roadmap for the next three years for the State.
Padam Shree awardee Ashok Bhagat and Development Commissioner Amit Khare would be other members of the panel. Dr Ramesh Sharan of the Ranchi University and economist Harishwar Dayal have been made special invited members.
Informing about this, the Development Commissioner said that the sub-committee would suggest ways for maximum utilisation of existing resources of Jharkhand so that a perfect outcome can be generated.
He added that all the departments have been given directions to prepare the roadmap for three years time while converging plans and schemes.
