Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, it was instructed to prepare the toilet structure in the whole district till the month of June and it was decided to declare the district as fully ODF with 100% utility before October 2, 2018, Garhwa DC Dr. Neha Arora said.
Holding a press conference at her office DC said that the task of construction of toilets structure was given to start from 31st May 2018 in the first phase, 6 blocks of the district were selected for the purpose of ordination but today the Swachh Bharat Mission is being run in the entire district. Along with construction of toilets, it has been said to ensure its utility, for which the flying squad has also been constituted which would go to the site to check its construction work and utility. The team will inspect the quality , quantity and its utility related to construction of toilets. If the construction of the toilet is done properly and it is not used by beneficiaries, then it has been said that taking action on the beneficial beneficiary and recovered the amount was expended. But even if the construction of the toilet was wrong, it was also said that action was taken on V.W.S.C. Under the Sanitation Campaign, the districts which have been ODF have been asked to cooperate in the non-dd. District. If the Mukhiya is not active in this work then it is said to seize their financial power. There was talk of collaborating with all concerned in Swachh Bharat Mission.
