Denizens of Hazaribagh got shocking news on Saturday morning that the nephew of the bodyguard of Ex-MlA and son of Yugal Kishor Singh of Mangal Bazar, Hazaribagh died in an accident last night. The name of the youth was Vishal Kumar Singh, who has taken B.Tech. degree from University College of Engineering and Technology of Vinoba Bhave University.
According to the family members last evening Vishal went out of the house saying that he has to attend a marriage ceremony so he will come back late. In the night his friends suddenly brought him on an ambulance and said that the doctors have referred him to Ranchi. The family members accompanied them but Vishal died when the ambulance has only covered a distance of maximum 10kms.
According to Vishal’s friends who were with him last night, yesterday they first went to bus stand premises to have a cup of coffee. From bus stand they reached to Sindoor, a place where usually the youths of Hazaribagh love to visit to take wine specially during evening and late evening hours. The friends said that Vishal climbed on the top of a cold storage situated just adjacent to the under construction bypass road of NH33.
He fell down from the top and became injured. The friends immediately brought him to Aarogyam hospital where the doctors refused to admit him as his condition was serious and referred him to Ranchi. Then the friends went to his house and took the family members before leaving to Ranchi. When Vishal died on way then his body was brought back to Hazaribagh sadar hospital. Since Vishal and his family members are familiar to the denizens of Hazaribagh so in the morning many persons including MlA Manish Jaiswal reached sadar hospital and arranged for his postmortem.
Now the family members are saying that it was not an accident but it is a murder, on the basis of the injuries they saw on the body of Vishal. Police has not registered FIR till the time of filing of this report but has started investigation in this direction too. According to our police sources his friends will be called separately and their statements will be recorded which can help in getting the truth.
