Bollywood actress Sunny leone walked on the ramp with HIV infected kids during the Grand Finale of Mr and Miss Attitude-2017 at Football Stadium in Ranchi on Saturday.
The event was organised by the Glamworld Events Private limited also attended by noted Choreographer Geeta Kapoor and other renowned artists of Bollywood.
“The programme has been organized in association with Aides Healthcare Foundation for creating awareness towards the disease and also with an objective of making people alert against it,” said Country Head of AIDS Healthcare Foundation V Sam Prasad. Hidden talent is also being given a platform though this programme, he added.
“Dedicating one round of the programme towards the children suffering from HIV, the supermodel walked on the ramp with them,” said Prasad.
A free healthcare check-up camp was also organized near the venue where 1200 people were distributed free passes after they gave their blood samples for check-up. Prasad said that in case one’s report was found positive during the check-up, the foundation will take care of his treatment and counseling.
This is the first round of the programme which has been started from the North-East zone. later it will be organized in each of the zones of the Country. Out of the total 5000 participants from the North-East, 27 finalists will be provided training from the renowned choreographers of the Country.
The finalist was given Rs 1 lakh while the first runner up will be given Rs 51,000 each and the second runner up will be awarded with Rs 21,000 each along with several consolation prizes.
Director of Glamworld Events Private limited said that there was not dearth of talented youths in Jharkhand and they were also ahead in sports and studies that is why Glamworld has given a chance to them to prove their talent.
Earlier, Sunny reached Birsa Munda Airport with her husband Daniel Weber in the afternoon where hundreds of her fans had been waiting to get a glance of the Supermodel. Ranchi Police, which had appointed a women SI to be with her all the time she remains in Ranchi, escorted Sunny to the Hotel and to Morhabadi ground under tight security.
