Samajik-Arthik Evam Sansadiya Adyayan Kendra, Ranchi today sent a “Suggestion Note” to Fifteenth Finance Commission chairman NK Singh, highlighting the areas that Jharkhand needs specialized and concerted effort and attention for the growth of the State as well as improving HDI. Areas in which the Commission’s special attention has been prayed for included Mining and industries, sustainable development of the rich Forest Cover, Special Administrative Arrangements and Planning, Socio-Economic corridor Ranchi-Bokar-Dhanbad be implemented with multi-fold plan, Gurukul system of technical education run by PAN-IT, Martyrs villagers be taken up and converted into Model Villages, Employment generation and rural enterprises on Tassar silk, Tribal University in Santhal Pargana, Special focus on rural economy and rural entrepreneurship through fishery, animal husbandry, poultry, piggery, dairy etc.
