The students of the DBMS under the banner of Junior Safe Club, Jamshedpur, took a small step forward to spread awareness on safe Diwali by participating in a rally.
The rally was taken out in the neighbouring areas of the school, to spread the message of celebrating the festival of lights (Diwali) in a different and safe way. The students carried placards carrying messages such as “Don’t burst crackers, burst your ego,” “Burn your negativities, not crackers,” “I am Asthma patient help me to breathe”.
They created an awareness among people to celebrate the festival in a green, clean, safe environment and to create an atmosphere filled with the spirit of mirth, love and happiness and not a night of gloom, despair, accidents, health problems and environment degradation.
Rajani Shekhar, principal appreciated the efforts of Safe Club moderators Mitu Banerjee, Sukhvit Gabri, Dhiraj Ranjan Ray and Udayan Nair.
