The State’s first incubation-innovative lab will be inaugurated by IT Secretary, Sunil Barnwal tomorrow paving way for several business enthusiasts and in promoting innovative Start-up ventures.
Aptly named Culture Colab where in group and in collaboration the project will be taken up. The brainchild of Abhinav Jha who has started this venture for promoting start-ups stated that the centre is just like an incubation lab established at hospitals to take care of the pre-mature newborns. Here too, the entrepreneurs will get first hand information and assistance in diverse trade activities.
From legal advices, fiscal know-how, client servicing to marketing products, the company will assist the promising business aficionados in taking a tiny leap towards their dream. “The company members will provide assistance to the nascent business enthusiasts in almost every section. It is often seen that despite having ideas that can give fruitful results, sometimes people do not get proper platform and lacks guidance. The Culture Colab will resolve this hurdle,” said Jha.
Notably, Culture Colab has partnered with RE-Rise for setting up the centre in State Capital. RE-Rise is considered to be the world’s first virtual incubator. Similar labs for promoting Start-up ventures are also on cards. “If this venture gets fair response, we will expand our horizon in Jharkhand. Start-up projects like education, health care, organic farming including various allied services would be taken up here,” said Jha who has served in various companies of national and international repute before starting Colab.
An engineering and management graduate, Abhinav Jha who hails from Jamshedpur said that most difficult part in setting up this lab was selecting an effective core team who can transform the vision of several entrepreneurs into reality. Decked up with acoustically equipped lab and 3D printers for visually examining the concepts, the business ideas generated by an individual can be checked through hi-tech technology here.
“Support will be provided in three categories, first to an individual who just has a plan for setting business, second to one who is familiar with the project but lacks guidance, contacts and finally assistance will be provided to college students. Students will be assisted by RE-Rise team,” added Jha.
