Addressing a huge gathering at the Assembly constituency at Hazaribagh, former CM and BJP State President Marandi exposed the power-supported corruption, crime, loot and breaking of promises of the Hemant government. Marandi said that neither the policy nor the intentions of the Hemant government are clear. This government is misleading the public, he said.
He said that the CM has been spreading false propaganda for the last four and a half years. This government is just entertaining the youth in the name of local policy and planning policy. The government makes such policies which get stuck in the courts. The Hemant government also betrayed the backward classes. It deprived the backward classes of reservation in Panchayat elections. And now no work on the triple test has started for the civic elections. The Backward Classes Commission is also not functional.
He said that expecting development from the Hemant government is meaningless. This government was not formed to serve the public. He said that the job of the government is to stop crime and corruption but the Hemant government is promoting crime and corruption and is protecting the criminals, corrupt agents, brokers and middlemen.
He said that there is looting of mines, minerals, coal, iron, stone and sand in the state. People of Jharkhand are caught by the police for taking sand from the river for domestic use, while the middlemen are taking the sand to Bihar, Bengal, Delhi and Mumbai.
He said that instead of taking action against criminals, the police are engaged in recovery. Today, even a death certificate cannot be made without paying money. Names are not added to the ration card. Officials openly say that if they have given, they will take. He said that posts in government have to be recharged from time to time like mobile phones.
He said that in the BJP government there is talk of development whereas in the Congress JMM government there is talk of loot and corruption. He said that the Modi government is dedicated to the development of poor village farmers. Jharkhand state is the gift of BJP government. Atal ji provided roads to every village through the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. And today the Modi government has been developing rapidly for the last 9 years. It rescued the country from the Corona crisis, worried about the food of the poor.
Five medical colleges in Jharkhand, AIIMS in Deoghar and airport are the contributions of the Modi government. He said that the Hemant government is not able to get the roads repaired. There are no teachers in the schools. There are no doctors, no nurses, no medicines in the hospital. He said that this Sankalp Yatra is to take a pledge to remove the corrupt and useless government from the state.
He said that Jharkhand should be resolved to form a government under the leadership of BJP to make Jharkhand free from corruption, crime, brokers and middlemen. He called for making Modi ji the Prime Minister of the country for the third time in 2024 and forming a strong government under the leadership of BJP in the state.
