With the aim of informing the employees retiring from Bokaro Steel Plant in January 2023 about the formalities related to retirement and proper management of possible changes in life after retirement, a new journey programme was organized in the main auditorium of Human Resource Development Center. At the beginning of the programme, Dr. Nanda Priyadarshini, Senior Manager (Personnel Services) welcomed all the visitors and apprised everyone about the purpose of the programme. Senior DMO (Medical & Health Services) Dr. Saket Mishra and Yoga expert KB Mishra informed steel workers about health management. SK Rai, General Manager (Finance & Accounts) gave detailed information about financial management to the present group. Chief Manager Bank of India, Ajit Kumar Thakur and RK Sinha gave detailed information about financial management to the present group. ACT (Personnel-Final Settlement) Sangeeta Kumari explained about the final settlement activities.
