St Xavier's College to begin MJMC course

The city’s premiere St Xavier’s College running BA (Vocational) in Mass Communication and Video Production (MCVP) over a decade is set to launch Master in Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) from the current session at Satya Bharati Campus.As of now, interested candidates having a graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50 per cent marks in Honours can fill the online application for the admission at the website of the college www.sxcran.org. 

“A batch of 30 students will be selected through an entrance test and interview. We hope to start the classes by the second week of July,” said Professor VP Sharan, Chairman of the PG Department of Journalism and Mass Communication.The fee for the two year full time course comprising four semesters is `2 lakh. For each semester, `50,000 will be charged.
