The aim of St Paul Modern School ,Bokaro Thermal is holistic development of a child. Apart from various activities the school also takes care to develop the leadership skill among students .On 19thAugust ,2017 the Investiture Ceremony was organised by the school to present the students” Council of 2017-18,said school principal SureshGaikward here on Saturday .
The ceremony began with a welcome address by principal SureshGaikward, who asked the captain and vice-captain of their housesincluding Shastri ,Tagore ,Ambesdkar and Gandhi to instil andencourage leadership qualities in their own personality .He alsoadvised the office bearers to be effective leaders and motivated themto perform their duties to the best of their ability .
The school also organised an oath taking ceremony for all selectedteam namely Pokhraj Harshab of class X ,as captain in boy s category,Priyanka of class X in girls category while Shruti Mishra and AkashMandal were elected as vice captain perfects on August 19,2017 .Theteam members were brimming with confidence to shoulder the newlyassigned duties and also expressed its gratitude to selectioncommittee for placing confidence in them .The function ended with theschool songs .
Those who were present on the occasion are Suresh Gaikward, K.C.Gaikward, Madhukar Gaikward, Devendra Yadav ,Gautam Chandra Paul ,Shresth Gaikward and others .
