Sriram Dalton’s film Pani was screened in Daltonganj cinema hall on Sunday. The film is a collection of 13-14 short films made by different participants all over the country having a pinch for growing water shortage.
One of the crew members, Megha Sriram told The Pioneer, “This film which is in a friction mode just showed the packed audience of a local cinema hall here in Daltonganj that crisis of water is a global phenomenon and if people do not rise to the occasion there would be war full of khoon for Pani.”
Megha said there came a sequence where a marriage negotiation collapsed when one side learnt of the other side grappling with water crisis.
