Sreeleathers Sakchi, located in the heart of the Sakchi Market, solemnly observed the 35th death anniversary of its revered founder and freedom fighter, Late Shri Suresh Chandra Dey, by paying heartfelt tribute to his legacy. The occasion was marked with a pledge to uphold the humanitarian and business values laid down by Shri Dey, whose life remains an inspiring example of service to the nation and society.
The program began with a remembrance of Shri Dey’s life, highlighting his sacrifices during India’s freedom movement, his visionary leadership, and his unwavering commitment to ethical business practices. The tribute also remembered Late Shri Ashish Dey, Shri Suresh Chandra Dey’s third son, who carried forward his father’s legacy with similar dedication towards societal and national responsibilities.
