The cases related to land of military and paramilitary personnel working in other states/remote areas outside Jharkhand will now be executed faster in Ranchi district. Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Chhavi Ranjan has directed the formation of a new cell for early execution of such cases. This cell will expedite execution of land related matters of military and paramilitary personnel such as revenue receipt, nomination, land scale etc.
In order to enable quick execution of land related matters of the personnel working in the army, the Nodal Officer of the cell created will be Lokesh Mishra, Additional District Magistrate (Law and Order), Ranchi. A separate team will be formed under the supervision of ADM (Law & Order). Complaints in any department related to the Army will be forwarded to the ADM Law and Order Cell and this cell will take necessary action for speedy execution of the cases.
The cell created for quick disposal of land related matters of the personnel working in the army will be reviewed in full by the Deputy Commissioner Ranchi every month. The Deputy Commissioner has instructed to maintain the register for the matters brought to the cell and the necessary action taken for its execution.
Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan said that the purpose behind the formation of this cell is to strengthen the relationship between the Civil Administration and the Military Administration. He said that land related matters of military personnel engaged in service to other states outside Jharkhand will be resolved on priority basis.
