leading his flying squad, Koderma BDO Prabhash Kumar Dutta spared no one while checking vehicles claiming to belong to the political parties as he ascertained the authenticity of permission to ply on road with party symbols and flags.In his checking spree, he stopped and detained CPI (Ml)’s vehicle for not showing the permission letter on the spot. However the vehicle was released later. JVM’s publicity van was also delayed for sometime as the BDO objected for not carrying the permission letter in original.Dutta appealed to people for not using party flags, banners or posters on vehicles without having specific permission to this effect.
