“When I was coming from UP towards Jharkhand, I was stopped at the border of UP-Jharkhand and asked for e- pass. The deputed magistrate said that if there is no e-pass, then I have to pay Rs. 500 or I will not be allowed to enter Jharkhand."

Mukund asked "whether the money was going to the government ?"

Similarly, 40 migrant laborers returning from Jaunpur were also stopped and asked to pay money. The bus was stopped for a night on the road. In this regard the driver had also complained to SDO Nagar Untari.
