Newly appointed Superintendent of Police Subodh Kumar Jha said on Tuesday that his priority would be maintaining law and order in the district.“I will assess the situation in the district and take action accordingly with guidance from the senior officers. I will try my level best to do justice to my profession,”said Jha.
The new Superintendent of Police will focus on proactive policing and claims to showcase a reduction in crime rate over the next 15 days.He also says that his priority is to first study the background of the district and then accordingly frame strategies for implementation. Jha said that he make effort to the best in between public-police relation. The door of police will be open 24 hours to the public, Jha said.
