DC Rajeev Ranjan in a Press conference has said that all the officials from Panchayat to district level will have to work with sincerity. For this single window system will be implemented which work 24x7. By this the complaints of the public will be dissolved.
“With start of the schemes a senior officer, a supervisor, two telephone operators and two computer operators will be appointed who will be available seven days and 24 hours. People may lodge their complaints on the telephone. Those will be enlisted and accordingly the matters will be taken up,” DC added.
“Through e-governance the works will be completed. I will review the matters every week by myself. No case will be delayed. There will be nomination of the system soon. This will be connected to the DC control office,” Ranjan explained about the system.
DC also announced that the newly constructed hall of 100 beds in Sadar hospital will be handed over to the hospital management on 29th-30th January.
“All the buildings including hospitals, schools and Goverment offices, which are not in a good condition will be demolished. The system of electricity, roads, PMEGP, pollution, KCC and others will be implemented more efficiently,” DC told further.
The DC emphasised on the Service Right System and asked to dissolve the illegal documents by establishing Service Portal. Instead of accusing each other, it is better to focus upon the development of the district. There should be good relationship between administration and media persons. For this the obstacles should be removed by mutual cooperation. On the occasion SP Manoj rattan Chothe were also present.
