With a direction of taking the complaints received by Chief Minister’s Jan Samvad Kendra, Secretary to CM Sunil Kumar Barnwal on Tuesday issued a show cause notice to Godda DC for not performing well in disposing of the complaints in the last one month. Barnwal was reviewing the complaints received at the CM Jan Samvaad Kendra at Suchna Bhawan in Ranchi.
“Despite given time for improving his performance, Godda no seriousness was showed by him in disposing of the complaints,” said Barnwal. Godda’s performance was not up to the mark in disposing of the complaints during the last one month, he added.
Barnwal, during the review meeting, directed Ranchi Police to take strong steps within fifteen days to find out Sima Devi, wife of Raju Verma hailing from New Madhuka under Sukhdeo Nagar Police Station. Ranchi Police had no clues of Sima Devi for the last two and a half years.
The SP told Barnwal that the Police are trying to find her out in West Bengal by forming a Special Investigation Team. In another case, Barnwal directed to cancel the appointment of over age Panchayat Volunteer Jagdish Bhagat at Bhargaon village in lohardaga.
Barnwal also issued show cause notices to the nodal officers of Cabinet Secretariat and Anti-Corruption Bureau as they were absent during weekly review while the nodal officer of Social Welfare Department has been asked to make improvements by quick disposal of the complaints. Nodal officers of East Singhbhum and Palamu have also been given a time to improve their performances.
Annoyed Barnwal also issued show notice to Ghaghra BDO, who had produced the explanation given by Mukhia over not conducting executive meeting for the last four months, as his report in spite of investigating the matter. Secretary to Chief
