Undue, unscheduled and prolonged power cuts in many parts of the State have prompted the Government to set up a centralised call centre for the consumers. Chief Minister Raghubar Das directed the officials of Energy Department and electricity distribution company for the same during a review meeting on Tuesday. The CM in the meeting was particular about power supply situation in the State which has gone from bad to worse in recent times.
