A district level all faith prayer was held in the presence of DC Manjunath Bhajantri at Ajay Udyaan lohardaga. In this prayer many religious orators preached for love, peace and mutual affability.
On the occasion DC Manjunath Bhajantri said, “love and affection is our identity. The message of all the religions is to serve for humanity. On New Year we should take resolution to establish harmony among several communities and lead the district in the path of development. We would be an example for all. India is the country of many religions. Here people live like different flowers in bouquet.”
In the prayer many religious leaders of Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and Christian were present. The director of Gurukul Shanti Ashram and representative of Arya Samaj Sharat Chandra Arya, Muslim leader and Imam Kari of Jama mosque lohardaga Maulana Shamim Rijwi, Christian saint and dean of RC Church lohardaga Saint Venedit and father of the church Vinset Minz also preached on the occasion. They appealed the people to establish affability for progress of the nation.
For taking this step DC was praised by all and the people took vow to live with peace and unity. In this prayer many denizens of the city and the administrative officials were present. On the occasion DC Manjunath Bahjantri, DDC Danial Kandulana, AC Ranjeet Kumar Sinha, SDPO Ram Sarek Rai, DSE Prabala Khes, DTO Rajeev Kumar, executive penalty officer Manish Kumar, DWO Sangeeta Sharan, Vaibav Mani Tripathi, all the COs and BDOs, Harihar Prajapati, Chandrashekhar Agarwal and others were present.
