A seminar on challenges and solutions in Jharkhand was organised by Atal Vichar Manch here on Monday. In the seminar the ex-minister Sadhnu Bhagat, ex-IG Sheetal Oraon and MlC Praveen Kumar Singh, BJP leader Om Prakash Singh and educationist Madan Mohan Pandey were present.
On the occasion the ex minister Sadhnu Bhagat stressed on preserving the culture of the Jharkhand. He said that public leaders and the bureaucrats are not fulfilling their duties. He also discussed CNT Act and land acquisition act in detail. The locals have to submit the land papers of 1932 whereas the outsiders who a have been living for 15-20years merely are getting the residential on submitting the holding tax papers, Bhagat said.
Sheetal Oraon said, “The govt of Jharkhand has lagged it back. The policies of the govt are not logical.”
Ex MlC Praveen Kumar said, “We must preserve our culture. lard Mackaley had told that it was necessary to destroy one’s culture to rule over them. We have to preserve our culture.”
