Officiating CS Sajal Chakraverty instructed officials of Building & Road Construction department on Thursday to search land to relocate Nepal House building, which is also known as Jharkhand’s second secretariat.
The CS also instructed officials to identify chunk of land and build fresh vegetable centre, recreation club for the Secretariat employees. He focused on maintaining neat and clean building premises and planting trees. Chakraverty was reviewing the status of various projects running under Building Construction and Road Construction departments at his office. He also enquired about the progress of various road projects. Principal Secretary, Building Construction and Road Construction Department, Rajbala Verma presented the budget provisions of 2013-14, 2014-15 of both the Departments. She gave the details of important schemes which have been completed, under construction and plans for present financial year of BCD.
