A Sub-division level review meeting of Prime Minister Housing Scheme and Swachh Bharat Mission was held by the Garhwa SDO Pradeep Kumar at Auditorium of Garhwa Block on Monday. It was instructed in the meeting that the targets which were set up should be completed by March.
All Panchayat Sevak were instructed to update the records of all the beneficiaries.
SDO directed the BDOs to give notice to beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, which has yet to be started the housing construction work after approval and if they will not start the work within ten days then their housing scheme will be cancelled.
SDO also directed that the beneficiaries, who are working timely, make payment after JIO tagging them, so that scheme can be completed on time. Under review of Swach Bharat Mission SDO directed to the all BDOs and Mukhiya to make ODF their blocks and Panchayat till March. The Korawadi Mukhiya said that he will make his Panchayat as ODF by March 2018.
Block Development Officers, All Mukhiyas, Panchayat Sevak, Block Program Officer, Rojgar Sewak , Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Volunteers were present in the meeting.
