CBSE has announced ‘Guidance and Counselling’ as the training theme for session 2023-24 and has also dovetailed to develop a holistic integrated vision for career guidance and counselling to make the students ‘Future Ready’. Keeping this in mind Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi is proud to announce that Principal, Paramjit Kaur, has successfully completed the 8th Cohort IC3 Institute’s Flagship Program- Empower. Under her guidance, a career counselling laboratory is being established in the school premises. Earlier also Smrti Prasad has completed the 5th Cohort and Maitali Roy has completed the 6th Cohort IC3 Institute's Flagship Program – Empower. Moreover Anjali Kumari Soni, Nidhi Pareek and Neelam Kumari have been registered for the upcoming Engage programme under the IC3 Institute's Flagship. School Head Personnel & Admin., Dr. Pradip Varma, congratulated the Principal on her proud achievement and expressed his delight in her successful completion of the course which will benefit the students in getting a better perspective about their career choices.
