Independent MLA Saryu Roy has once again tragetted former Chief Minister Raghubar Das. Roy said that Prem Prakash had done a Rs 7 crore scam four years ago. Regarding this scam, the Excise Department had applied for registering an FIR at Argora police station in Ranchi but Raghuvar Das saved him. Had it not been so, Prem Prakash would have been arrested at the same time (28 July 2018).
Prem Prakash is the same person, whose bases were raided by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) 15 days ago. Along with this, Prem Prakash was questioned for several days. ED raided the premises of Pooja Singhal and after his arrest, the ED raided the premises of Prem Prakash. Prakash is a big name in the bureaucracy of Jharkhand. He also has good relations with a DIG rank officer. The officer has previously been on the radar of the CBI.
Documents have also been attached in what Rai tweeted after 12 o'clock on Saturday night. In which the photocopy of the FIR lodged by the Production Department in Argora police station is also included. According to the facts recorded in the FIR, Prem Prakash Srivastava and his representatives had committed a scam of about Rs 7 crore. In which the names of Rajdeep, Gaurav Singh, Anil Kumar Jha, Prem Prakash's driver Manjeet and Vinay Shankar and Prem Prakash's government bodyguard Kamjit Singh and others are included. All were accused of systematic theft of government revenue, fraud with the Excise Department.
After raiding the premises of Prem Prakash Srivastava, MLA Saryu Rai tweeted many pictures. Raghuvar Das had married the son of Rakesh Chaudhary, who was his OSD during the Chief Minister's period. Prem Prakash Srivastava can be seen with Raghuvar Das in the pictures.
About a week ago, Rai made another big disclosure about the relationship between Prem Prakash and Raghuvar Das. In which Saryu Rai told that Prem Prakash has given him the Enova standing at Raghuvar Das's house, on which he travels. Apart from this, it was also disclosed that Prem Prakash and his people bought 32 trucks from Tata and sent them to Sahibganj. Saryu Rai was referring to the illegal business of stone in Sahebganj. All this happened during the tenure of Raghuvar Das.
