In a bid to improve cohesiveness and coordination in group working and to achieve higher level of performance an interactive Mass Communication programme ‘Samanway’ was launched at ISP, Burnpur.
The program was inaugurated by MK barman, ED (P&A) at HRD Centre for the shift employees of BOF & CCP and associated areas. During inauguration, he reminded the participants of their own potential which can bring best out of everyone to help ISP grow faster.
Dr SN Singh, Former ED (P&A), BSl Bokaro and Advisor SAIl-ISP, Burnpur took the group through a journey where everybody was inspired to think differently. This included knowing one’s strength, improving coordination and fellow feeling etc for better synergy in a game of steel making.
Sabyasachi Dutta, AGM (CEO’s Secretariat) was another facilitator who made the participants got a real life feel on acceptability, solidarity and team work through various in-house games.
