Congress leader and former Minister, Subodh Kant Sahay on Saturday raised questions on the working style of RMC. Sahay said that the Capital City is reeling under the threat of dengue-Chikungunya epidemic while the Town Commissioner seems least bothered about the city residents and is on foreign trip, leaving out the citizens in total despair.
“Neither the health department nor the Municipal Corporation is delivering their duties. The government machinery has failed miserably,” added Sahay. Further, putting serious allegations, Sahay stated that the Municipal Commissioner has become a dictator and is misusing his power. Action against the health Officer is unethical and unreasonable.
