The members of Ranchi University (RU) Syndicate Committee gave assent to the syllabus of RIMS Dental Institute including the Post-Graduate (PG) Diploma Course and six months certificate course in Yoga. The decision was taken during the meeting conducted in the presence of Ranchi University (RU) – VC, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Pandey, RU (Pro-VC) Dr. Kamini Kumar and others.
As many as seven agendas were considered during the meeting. Also, the restructured, amended syllabus submitted to RU by the Director, Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi of M. Phil (Psychiatric Social Work) after getting the consent of board of studies was passed during the meeting. Besides, the inclusion of a particular topic for the LLM course in Semester – 3 of Chotanagpur Law College was also approved.
