Ranchi Smart City Corporation Limited (RSCCL) organised a national level introductory webinar based on e- auction of plots Wednesday. Investors and developers working in various sectors from Jharkhand as well as other parts of the country participated in it.
Speaking in the webinar, Urban Development and Housing Department Secretary cum Ranchi Smart City Corporation CMD Vinay Kumar Choubey said that world class infrastructure is being developed in Ranchi Smart City and investors cannot get a better opportunity than this.
The State Government is very sensitive towards investors and if they get a chance, they will receive complete support from the government and Ranchi Smart City. In this regard, e-auction will soon be started through an online platform and information will be made available through the media.
RSCCL CEO Amit Kumar informed that the development of Ranchi Smart City is being done in accordance with public aspirations. Provision of flats is being made for people from various income groups. Plans for ensuring 24-hour water and electricity supply along with world class civic amenities are also being made.
