According to the FIR lodged, Giri and Sharma are family friends as well as builders and both are partners since a long time. He said that On October 25, both of them were talking at Sharma's house and at the same time, a call came on his mobile from an unknown mobile number. Giri further said that the caller said that he is speaking on the behest of the gangster Akhilesh Singh. He said that he has to ask his partner Roshan Sharma to send the extortion of Rs One crore to Akhilesh Singh's brother Amlesh. “Otherwise, he will be killed along with the whole family. The caller named his name as Roshan Pathak,” he added.
Meanwhile in another case in the Nagdi police station area of the district, a criminal who came to spread panic between the businessman and the land trader has been arrested by the police. On the information provided by the criminal, the Nagdi police station has recovered three bombs in Tapas village.
