A big mishap was averted on the way of ropeway that fell on the dwelling area causing minor damage to the residence of some dwellers. A box fell at the roof of Purushotam and reached to the floor damaging the roof. His wife also injured minutely. The accident took place between pole number 87 and 90.
According to information, the ropeways were being run as trial for last few days. There is a question among the people that if those were run as trial then why the bauxite was loaded. The repairing is being done by a company of Kolkata. There is anger among the people. They said that complain has been lodged earlier but neither the Hindalco Company nor district administration did any thing for it.
