An RJD delegation met with Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) Director DK Singh for information and better treatment of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) President Lalu Prasad, according to the delegates the director accepted the matter of carelessness and disarray in this regard.
General Secretary cum Spokesman, Kailash Yadav, said that during the meeting with the Director, providing regular health information RJD Chief was main issue along with poor condition of the hospital.
The delegation informed about two main points of the demand letter in which it has discussed in detail on poor condition of the emergency system of the hospital.
In his reply Singh said to the delegation that after getting information about the rules of the jail manual he will make an immediate decision on the move of Lalu’s timely health bulletin and Super Specialty Hospital for better treatment of Lalu.
According to the RJD leader, the RIMS Director acknowledged that the hospital management has failed somewhere in the state of emergency, even though the hospital has its own power substation, despite all this arrangement the power supply condition is poor and availability of power at the hospital is also poor. Due to poor supply of electricity, water supply is also get affected, he added.
Yadav said that Singh blamed the senior officials of the Public Works Department and Jharkhand State Electricity Board for all these problems. “The Director said due to dispute between both the departments the problem is not being sorted out and due to which RIMS has to suffer.
There is a generator for the emergency, but due to its poor quality of an alternator, there is an electrical problem in emergency situation, we are confident that it will be sorted out within two days,” he added.
“The RIMS director admitted that there is a shortage of nursing and cleaning staff at the RIMS hospital, we are continuously trying out the system should be improved” said Yadav.
During the talks Yadav and State RJD General Secretary Manoj Pandey jointly said that the Chief Minister, Raghubar Das is always deceiving people on the name of electricity and he is saying that there is uninterrupted electricity supply of electricity in the State. Due to the poor supply of poor at the biggest RIMS hospital in the State, a large number people are losing their lives every day.
State RJD has demanded that the State Government should immediately take all the issue of RIMS in cognizance immediately otherwise the party will hold agitation and sit on Dharana at the premises of RIMS.
