Rishabh Kumar Duggar, Engineer at Chandrapura Thermal Power Station (CTPS), a unit of Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) recieved the first position in the idea contest (Phase 2) organized at the corporate level at DVC Towers, Kolkata. The contest was organized on the corporate level on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of DVC, a CTPS Public Relation official informed.
The idea contest aims to encourage employees to think outside of the box, identify problems and find solutions, including many more, he said.
Based on the evaluation by the committee, Mohammad Kashif Rizvi, Satyajit Bagh, Mohammad Yasin, and Sardindu Dutta scored the second position, while Janmejay Panda, Vipin Kumar Jha, Rakesh Kumar, and Chandan Kumar grabbed the third position.
Prizes will be presented to the winning participants at the DVC Head Quarters on 6 July, added the official.
