CM Hemant Soren and Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam have directed to fill up the vacant posts in various departments at the earliest. In this regard, the CMhas directed Chief Secretary Sukhdev Singh, Principal Secretary Personnel Department Vandana Dadel, Chairman of Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission, Sudhir Tripathi and Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan, for publication of advertisement by removing the obstacles in the appointments within a month. So that the youth of the State get opportunities and vacancies can be filled in various departments.
The CM said that the State Government is making efforts to fill the vacant posts in all the departments with full readiness. The discrepancies in the recruitment rules should be rectified at the earliest. The government is working with the aim of filling the vacant posts of departments by the end of the year 2021, so that the developmental works, which are being affected due to shortage of manpower, can be overcome.
