A man has allegedly demanded ransom of Rs 5 lakh from the Managing Director of limcas’ Hotel in Bokaro Steel City on Saturday. An FIR has been lodged at City Police Station and the police are investigating the matter. According to the police, Heera lal Gupta Managing Director of limcas’ Hotel filed a case at local police station alleging that Sanoj Kumar a resident of Shivpuri Colony Chas has demanded a ransom of Rs 5 lakh from him.
“It was also stated in FIR that Sanoj threatened to kill Gupta if the ransom amount not paid within 3-4 days. We are investigating the case; police are on the hunt to nab Sanoj," said OC of City police station.
