Poor connectivity and mobile network in the State capital are plaguing mobile phone users in the capital. Services of the big players like Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited and Reliance Communications have been badly disrupted for the past several days making conversation impossible. Moreover, landlines have also been affected in some localities around the capital.
Consumers alleged that despite complaints lodged by them to the concerned persons, no action has been taken so far. Cable cut are said to be the reason behind the poor mobile service due to the digging for the construction of drainage system on both sides of the road in the State capital. Authorities on the other hand, denied problems in the network. “Barring some places where there are complaints of cable cut, there is no problem of network in other areas,” said BSNl PRO SC Yadav. Service in the problem areas will soon be re-installed, he added. Similarly, services of other big shots like Reliance India Mobile and SMART are also disrupted for the last few days.
