Ranchi Police arrests three persons for loot planning
Ranchi police arrested three criminals with weapons on Sunday from near Law College, Kanke in the State Capital. However, during the raid two criminals managed to escape. All these criminals were planning a robbery.
The arrested criminals include Amrit Toppo, Saban Toppo and Anuj Toppo from whom one Country made pistol, two magazines, two bullets, mobile and Thar vehicle have been recovered.
In this regard, Ranchi SSP, Kishore Kaushal informed that action was taken on the basis of secret information. “It was reported that four to five people were in a black colored Mahindra Thar vehicle near Institute of Science near Law College on Ring Road. They are all armed and planning to commit robbery. After which, on the instructions of Ranchi SSP, a team was formed and the three criminals were arrested. All three of these arrested criminals are being told of Nagdi police station area,” he added.
Meanwhile, from the local level to the police of different states, a continuous campaign is being run against cyber criminals. Despite that, cyber crime is not taking the name of decreasing, and cyber criminals are continuously getting caught by the police. In this episode, the Jamtara Cyber Crime police station raided Raghunathpur and Madnadih villages of Narayanpur police station area on Sunday. During this, three notorious cyber criminals have been arrested. In which Alimuddin Ansari and Raghunath Rakshit of Madnadih village are included.
On the other hand, the police arrested Kamaluddin Ansari from Dharampur. At the same time, the police registered case number 21/23 against the three cyber criminals in the cyber police station. After this, he was sent to jail after conducting a medical examination. Rs 50,000 in cash, one bike, one laptop, one e-pos machine, two check books, four passbooks, 13 ATM cards, 17 fake SIM cards and 8 mobiles have been recovered from the arrested criminals.
Alimuddin Ansari is the CSP operator of Bank of Baroda among the arrested cyber criminals. He used to withdraw the cheated money through cyber crime on two per cent commission through his CSP. At the same time, Raghunath used to carry out the cyber fraud incident by taking people under the guise. Whereas, Kamaluddin used to get the money of cyber fraud in his account and deduct 20% commission and send it to Raghunath Rakshit. These criminals also have an old criminal history. Alimuddin was earlier arrested by the Shimla police in the year 2021 in the case of 153000 fraud whereas, Raghunath Rakshit has gone to jail in the year 2017 in Jamtara's cyber crime case. A charge sheet has been filed against Raghunath in Narayanpur police station in case number 253/17 and 255/17 whereas, case number 39/18 is registered against Kamaluddin in the year 2018 in Jamtara Cyber Police Station.
