A review meeting of matters related to land acquisition was held on Monday by Ranchi, Deputy Commissioner (DC), Rahul Kumar Sinha. During the meeting he directed the concerned officials to expedite the work for timely execution of mega projects in the district.
Additional Collector, Rajesh Kumar and Land Reform Deputy Collector, Rajeev Singh and District Land Acquisition Officer, Anjana Das, Project Director (NHAI PIU), Vijay Kumar, Project Director (PIU Ramgarh) Ajay Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer, Ajay Kumar Saao, Circle Officer, Ormanjhi and its related officers were present.
While reviewing NH-23 Gumla-Palma widening project Ranchi to Rargaon road widening to four lane, under Bharatmala project Gola Ormanjhi Road, elevated corridor Raj Bhawan to Piska Mod, Kantatoli fly over by Sinha it was directed that work with the new system by changing the old system, so that progress can come in it and it can happen smoothly. He instructed the zonal officers to check the genealogy thoroughly so that the duplication ends, the land rate should be evaluated correctly so that the compensation of the land can be done at the right time so that the construction work is not interrupted. Sub-Divisional Officer Bundu has been instructed to expedite the work of land acquisition. Where there is a problem in land acquisition, the order for the posting of Magistrate was given by the Deputy Commissioner. The officers were instructed to bring progress in the work.
In this review meeting, the DC reviewed the elevated corridor road construction project of total area 2.302 acres from Siram Toli Chowk to Rajendra Chowk- 1.60 km in which he gave instructions in which the concerned officer said that dated January 20, it was said to issue the notice of Section-37 while preparing the arbitration and assessment khatian. While reviewing Fly over from Yogda Satyasang to Shanti Nagar in Kokar to Kantatoli with a total area of 143.255 decimals by the DC, in which he instructed that the work progress of the related cases should be brought and he instructed to prepare a report for payment.
Taking information about the progress of work on road construction of total area-3.132 acres from airport to Kutiyatu turn, Sinha directed the concerned officer to expedite it. He reviewed the construction work project from Birsa Munda Airport to Kutiyatu Mod Path Ring Road to Kochebong via Hundru, Chandaghasi, Mariatu, Ite road construction work and directed its progress. In the review of Jharkhand Central University Ranchi with total area 15.82, he gave instructions to the concerned officials taking detailed information about it.
Sinha also reviewed the Ranchi Ring Road of Section VII, Access Road Project of Area-6.88 Acre from Ranchi Ring Road of Section VII to Jharkhand Central University, Ranchi, Widening and strengthening and strengthening work of the road from Argora to Kathal Mod Bhaya Pundag of 5.300 km project,
