Vikas Saw, allegedly involved in the brutal murder of Sunil Sribastava at Ramgrah was arrested by the Bokaro police at Tenughat on Thursday. While Ramgrah police conducted raids at several places in Patratu, Ramgrah and adjoining Bokaro district of Jharkhand to nab Vikas saw and his associates.
The duo are suspected to be the main accused in the killing of several members of the gang of Sunil Sribastava.
According to police, weapon used in the killing was recovered from him in the Tenughat police station area.Vikas, in his confession, also named his others associates. According to police sources that investigations are on to find out that Vikas Saw and his associates are moving in the Bokaro district last few months .The police are also conducting raids at various places on the basis of information received from Vikas ,police was also interrogating Vikas Saw having close relationship with Bhola Panday ,the prime accused of the murder of Sunil Sribastava which had took place in the court campus.
Police, however suspect that since Vikas was a resident of Ramgrah ,a stronghold of Bhola Panday ,it could be the result of gang rivalry. Recently a family member of Bhola Panday was killed at Patratu. Bokaro police, however ,refused to confirm any development in the case but said they are in constant touch with the Ramgrah police for more details.
