The gamblers in a well thought of plan even brought in the front women folks who too started leveling accusations against police said DSP. Sources said the gamblers in hurry to save themselves even missed steps fell down and got hurt but came back with charges against the said police official of beating them up!
Purshottam said the locals complaints were heard who had reached Chandwa police station in good numbers and they were admonished to refrain from this evil as gambling is prohibited thing and law takes its own course.

As for the errant SI of police Vinay Kumar Purshottam said a probe is on and matter is well in the cognizance of the SP latehar Anoop Birtharey.
The irate residents have demanded action against this SI of police charging him with giving them a raw deal and even taking out money from some a charge which is to be substantiated.
