Chief Minister Raghubar Das while reviewing the land Revenue Department on Friday directed the DCs to provide lands for the ongoing Railway project in Koderma, water treatment plant in Sahebganj, Sainik School in Sahebganj and medical college at Hazaribagh. The CM also directed the DCs to get toilets constructed in all the schools by June 30 and also to develop at least five schools as model schools in their districts. The CM added there was a ban on any transfer and appointment of teachers as separate rules are being made for their transfers. The CM also directed to install biometric system in all the offices and schools. In the wake of scorching summer season, the CM said that every district has been provided emergency funds for emergency situations, which could be utilised in the hour of need.
