A team of Project Akshaya headed by National Project Director Dr Subanna Jonnalagadda visited Hazaribagh to inspect the facility available to the TB patients in the district. Project Director along with Regional Program Officer Nishant Ekka and Dilip Kumar sat with District TB Officer Dr Gopal Das and the members of the forum and discussed about the situation of this disease in the district and the facilities available to the patients.
On Thursday the team was in the field. It visited the TB affected villages of Itkhori block of Chatra district and Vishnugarh block of Hazaribagh district.
