Following the complain of Health Minister, Garhwa SDO Pradeep Kumar removed para teachers, who had staged a protest in front of Health and Family Welfare Minister's residence at Garhwa and has also imposed 144 Cr PC at the distance of around 100 meters radius of his residence.
In this regard after issuing a letter, the SDO said that on December 3, para teachers blocked the main gate of the residence of Health and Family Welfare Minister Ramchandra Chandravanshi, due to which the members of the house were unable to come out. This is unconstitutional and the permission of the said dharna has not been granted by the authorities. After vacating the residence of the Minister, the SDO imposed section144 of Cr. PC near the Minister's residence and Garhwa MLA Satyendra Nath Tiwari’s residence.
