The primary teachers of Hazaribagh district have once again decided to go to the Court to fulfill their demand of promotion. In a meeting of district unit of Jharkhand State Primary Teachers’ Association it was decided that if the district administration will not issue their promotion notification within a week then they will file a contempt petition in Jharkhand High Court against the officials of district education department and Deputy Commissioner who is Chairman of District Establishment Committee.
In December 2015 Jharkhand High Court had instructed the officials to complete the process of promotion within 16 weeks and the time has expired now so this decision was taken. Beside this, the association has also decided to start indefinite dharna in front of DSE office form 1st of June.
