A one-day conference on Health Budget (Challenges and Opportunities): 2016-17 was organised at IPH Namkum on Thursday. The conference was attended by Principal Secretary of Health, K Vidyasagar. He said the 108 ambulance service will be started from March, 2016 and 330 ambulances would be run in the State. The Principal Secretary added that ensuring health benefits upto to the last person is a challenge and we need to find answer to the challenge by exploring new alternatives which is also our primary objective.
