An effort is being made by the Public Relation Department (PRD) to provide notices, ordinances and information related to all departments to the people. Secretary I&PRD MR Meena informed Chief Secretary RS Sharma about all efforts made in the direction.
Sharma was informed that the department has taken e-library route to provide clippings of published news to all officials and at the same time common man can also access information through e-library. Sharma said the website should be linked to the portal of Jharkhand Government so that people visiting website can access the information on the same website.
Meena informed the CS that like newspaper steps are being taken to release news clippings of electronic media as well so that information related to Government projects could reach to the common people.
