BJP State Spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo said that the Congress Party, which has become the symbol of dynasty, should look into its own deeds before accusing the BJP. For the last 22 years, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, the President of the Congress, have been playing musical chairs among themselves, added Shahdeo.
“Mrs. Sonia Gandhi from 1998 to 2017 and Rahul Gandhi from 2017 to 2019 then Mrs. Sonia Gandhi as the President from 2019 to the present. Since independence, the Gandhi family has ruled the country directly or by sitting on one of its pawns,” said Shahdeo.
The plight of PV Narasimha Rao can never be forgotten, said Shahdeo, adding that the treatment meted out to him was an example of how the Gandhi family treats outsiders. In the same way, after the death of Sitaram Kesri, his body was also kept in the Congress building, he said.
The BJP spokesperson said that it is the same Congress party whose MLA Irfan Ansari, who is a symbol of dynasty himself, says that Guru ji should become the Chief Minister, now his son Hemant Soren is the Chief Minister and in the future Hemant Soren's son will also become the Chief Minister of Jharkhand. Shahdeo said that Mahatma Gandhi had probably conceived this dynasty and said to end the Congress party after independence.
Shahdeo said that in the BJP, every leader is on his own ability or he has contributed to the party for a long time. It is not the culture of the Congress party here that a pilot should become the Prime Minister of the country overnight and the leader who got a fake degree from Cambridge should be considered the most capable by its workers.
